The Diasporic Vietnamese Artists Network (DVAN) will host the International Southeast Asian Film Festival beginning on November 20th 2015 at 7pm in the Artists' Television Access. This three day event, also taking place at the New People Cinema in Japantown on November 21st and 22nd, will feature films discussing various themes that affect the Vietnamese disaporic communities such as gender identity, love and horror. DVAN is an organization addressing the underpresentation of the Vietnamese American community in the United States by promoting the creative works of local and international Vietnamese artists.
